Our Story

We may be from opposite ends of the country, but we share the same passion, helping teachers deliver fantastic maths education for their students. With over 25 years of combined teaching experience, we first crossed paths at White Rose Education in 2021. Working together to develop professional school development materials, we quickly became great friends and discovered how closely our values aligned.

We’ve both always been clear on one thing: teachers need workable, classroom-based strategies that actually make a difference. These are the approaches we’ve used successfully in our own teaching, and we wanted to take all the knowledge and experience we’ve built up and channel it into something that could help even more schools.

That’s why we founded Impact Maths Consultancy Ltd, to provide real, practical support for teachers, senior leaders, and trust leaders, all with the goal of improving outcomes and developing pedagogy. For us, it all comes down to our core belief:

Real support. Real impact.
